While camping in Torredonjimenos 🖱️ several of my items where stolen out of my tent ... My harddisc, gps, spare gps, powerbank, a ledlight, a tension strap and several cables were stolen.
And a few days later even the valvecaps of my OnTheRoad 4.0 were stolen ...
I did find my largest solarpanel which was left behind some meters away from the tent. I didn't understand why it was left there, but some days later I realised why ! It was the only item that I had marked ... The thief had taken it, then saw the mark and threw it away.
With a mark on an item it is hard to sell without getting "certain" questions. It looks rather bad but it might be the "best" solution against those kind of people ...
I have now marked everything possible ...
